For best results, I find that by turning my tablet on and letting it load, then plugging in the VGA cord from the projector to the computer works best. However, if you set everything up and then turn everything on, do not be alarmed!! most likely nothing will show up on your tablet, but if you turn the projector on, you should see your screen up there. TO get your screen in both places, press and hold the function key and then F5 to toggle between viewing modes.
